By the watching the experimental atomic explosion in July 1945 Oppenheimer described that he was the devastator of the Earth.
The american atomic and theoretic physicist Julius Robert Oppenheimer had born 22 April 1904 in New York in the rich family of Germany businessman. In the period of second world war he was the leader of the group, which was aimed to discover the atomic bomb. In the project there worked more than 3000 the important scientists of hole Europa. Majority of them escaped from Europa to America because of war and Nazism.
When the atomic bomb exploded he said that he destroyed the Earth. He thought that the bomb was made only to threat not to use, but USA had used it in August 1945. after it the majority of scientists denied to continue in working in project and Oppenheimer left Los Almanos in October. After the war he worked in the United States Atomic Energy Commission and he wanted to stop the armaments race.
