Two emigrants are coming home – to Slovakia for a few days after years spent abroad. Karol (Ady Hajdu) wants to divorce from his wife who he hasn’t seen since their marriage and then he wants to get married with his fiancé living in Spain. Rudo (Roman Luknár) should escort him and inconspicuous take care of him. Rudo was hired by Karol’s fiancé, who wants to have everything assured. After their arrival to Bratislava the situation of both of them gets a lot complicated. Their past has waited for them and they have to show now who they really are. But they are not the only one who want to get what they want. An ironical picture of a few days uncovers the secrets of many life stories. The stories are filled with comical and sometimes cruel misunderstandings.
Tango with the mosquitoes is movie with a unique look on human’s feelings. It is filled with passion and stress, with the unity and fight of the two sexes and with irritation and pain like a twinge from a mosquito, who demands blood to survive.
