Holdup credit has returned to all mobile operators
Since Thursday has all three mobile operators operating in Slovakia returned forfeit credit for the prepaid card. When charging by any available means and the amount (including dobíjacieho coupon) will be a credit card to charge the customer in addition to the actual amount of the increased credit, which expired at any time during the period 90 days before charging this. Progress in recovering forfeited credits probably helped the Association of Consumer Organizations of Slovakia, which due to the action filed in the Orange and T-Mobile. The action was initiated by the minister of justice, Štefan Harabin which both operators accused of violating the right of owning property.
The validity of a prepaid card without recharge is O 2 to 13 months from last recharge. The standard period of validity of credit is 3 - 6 month, according to the amount of recharge. Credit to expire it is possible for T-Mobile and Orange to save many. With this service comes from 1 O 2 April.
