How would life look like if one said ‘yes’ to anything? You can see the answer in the comedy YES MAN which can be seen in the cinemas nowadays. Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) is a lonely bank employee who constantly says ‘no’ to everybody and to anything. His life is terrible until he visits the ‘yes!’ seminar. From now on he has to say ‘yes’ to every single opportunity, request and invitation or something bad will happen. At first he doesn’t want to believe it but after a few ‘yes’ his life changes completely. Carl gets promoted in work, sees and tries multiple crazy things and meets the love of his life - Allison. But his willingness to say ‘yes’ to anything doesn’t just lead to him to the good things only...
The story of the movie is based on the same-named book from Danny Wallace. The director is Peyton Reed who doesn’t belong to the well-know directors but he managed to do a great job here. So if you want to laugh, see the film!
